César Sá Esteves
Partner and Head of the Employment & Social Security Department, César Sá Esteves' work focuses on labour issues particularly related to corporate restructurings, as well as employment issues related with M&A transactions. With over 25 years of practice, César has extensive experience in dealing with collective bargaining, disputes and HR/employment strategic advisory services.
Coordinating Director - Human Capital Department
Catarina Horta is the Human Capital Director at Novo Banco, after an experience working at ANA aeroportos. With more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Catarina has served as HR Manager in several companies, from the communications, catering, construction, pharma, consultancy and banking sectors. She has developed international projects with PWC and McKinsey on coaching and change management. She has a master degree in Psychology (Universidade de Lisboa) and is certified as executive coach by IAC. Catarina is an invited teacher and keynote speaker on topics related to talent, career management and women leadership (TEDex ISCTE). She has published a book - A Arte da Guerra na Gestão de Talentos - and is currently a consultant, teacher and certified coach.
Joana Queiroz Ribeiro
Diretor of People and Organization
Joana Queiroz Ribeiro is the Director of People and Organization of Fidelidade since January 2015. She is a specialist in People Management and Communication. Through more than 25 years of professional experience at Unicer, she has led the areas of Quality, Communication, Public Relations and Institutional Relations, and, after 2008, was the Head of the People and Communication Department. She holds a degree in Food Engineering from the Superior School of Biotechnology of the Portuguese Catholic University and a Post-Graduate in Brewery Sciences - Catholic University of Louvain-la Neuve - Belgium. She aksi participated in the "Advanced Executive Program" of the Kellogg School of Management (Chicago).
Mariana Caldeira Sarávia
Partner in the Employment & Social Security Department, Mariana Caldeira Sarávia has extensive experience in advising national and international companies involved in a variety of sectors. She has vast experience on the definition of flexible contractual models for the hiring and appointment of human resources, (re)organization of working time, and restructuring processes, and in partiular in the context of collective dismissals and transfers of undertakings. With 20 years of experience, Mariana has acted on some of the most relevant corporate restructurings in the banking and construction sectors in Portugal. She also advises on legal and procedural audits, in particular audits with the purpose of optimising existing internal procedures. Mariana has also been involved in the negotiation of collective labour regulations with trade unions and provides legal advice on social security, pensions and stock option plans.
