Chris Kay is a UK qualified solicitor and the Seminars Manager at Chambers and Partners. Chris was a practicing solicitor for four years before moving to Chambers and Partners. He works with in-house counsel, barristers and law firm partners around the world to organise and moderate legal seminars.

Aaron Shao is currently the Head of Legal for Abbott Greater China and a member of the business administration committee of the region.
Prior to Abbott, Aaron served SPX Flow Technology for over 5 years as Regional General Counsel for the Asia Pacific region and a member of the regional senior leadership team. Prior to joining in-house, Aaron worked with Jones Day and Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells), two US-based leading international law firms, respectively, in New York and Shanghai offices.
In his current role in Abbott, Aaron leads the legal department and team to support across all 9 business divisions as well as the corporate functions in Greater China Area. In SPX, Aaron as the regional legal head led all legal and compliance matters as well as a regional legal team covering over 10 countries and areas. His prior private practice focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity/venture capital transactions, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters. He has extended knowledge and experience in investment, transactions and business structuring/restructuring related topics as well as the relevant involved issues and solutions.

Ms Tsui is the investment director of the Company. Ms. Tsui joined the Group in August 2016 and she is responsible for the Company’s capital market activities and investor relations. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tsui was a Vice President at LST Partners, a Hong Kong-based hedge fund. She was responsible for investment analysis and risk management. Previously, she worked at China Construction Bank International (CCBI) Securities for over 5 years as Institutional Sales and Research Analyst.
Ms. Tsui is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She holds a BBA in Global Business and Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
