Overview
Our highly regarded practice covers a wide range of issues in public business law including public contracts (public procurement, concessions and PPPs), regulatory expertise, litigation and foreign investor regimes. The team variously assists sponsors, public entities and lenders on high-profile matters. Our advice is not restricted to purely regulatory or contractual issues but extends to competition rules which often overlap, especially the rules on State aid, abuse of a dominant position and on mergers.
