Overview

We have a very strong corporate/M&A team.  We have assisted clients to consummate complex comerical transactions onshore and offshore.  We closely work with PE funds to plan and implement their investment in Taiwan or involving Taiwan.

■    Representation of Zurich group to sell 100% of its non-life business to a local listed company Hotai

■    Representation of JCI Group to acquire 61.48% shares of Taiwan Hitachi Co., Ltd. in the consideration around NTD 6 billion.

■    Representation of LT Material Handling Holding Pte. Ltd. to complete the restructure of its subsidiaries in Taiwan, PRC and USA.

■    Representation of Hitachi Chemical Company Ltd. in the spin-off and capital reduction of Hitachi Chemical Co., (Taiwan) and the sale of 80% shares of the PCB business to Taiwan PCB Techvest Co., Ltd.

■    Representation of Yuantai Financial Holding Company to acquire 100% of shares of New York Life Taiwan

■    Representation of Inotera in the share swap with Micron thereby making Inotera a subsidiary of Micron.

■    Representation of Pulse Electronic through its Singapore subsidiary, BOOTHBAY PTE LTD, in a tender offer of Full Rise Electronic Co., Ltd.

■     Representation of Beijing Jianguang Asset Management Co., Ltd and Wise Road Capital LTD (set by sovereign wealth fund of China) for their acquisition of the standard products business of NXP Semiconductors N.V.
