Overview

STOICA & Asociații provides legal assistance to companies in crisis management cases, in pre-insolvency, establishing th reorganisation plan and determining the recovery possibilities, managing the procedures regarding reorganisation and in judiciary or voluntary liquidation. 

• assisting the biggest Romanian bank in connection with the case management of a portofolio of more than 1000 insolvency cases of microentreprises
• assisting and representing a company within the group of the biggest Romanian bank (Suport Colect SRL) in the bankruptcy procedure of a pharma company
• assisting and representing the biggest Romanian bank in the insolvency procedure of a major construction group of companies, mainly in the procedures regarding the annulment of fraudulent transactions between the affiliated companies.
