  • Litigate cases in state and federal courts as well as various government agencies (EEOC, DOL, NLRB, etc.). 
  • Represent management before the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) in all aspects of union-management relations.
  • Conduct workplace investigations for public and private clients, including highly sensitive, high-profile investigations. 
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of deal negotiation and documentation; intellectual property protection, including non-compete enforcement and defense.
