Overview

Our Hong Kong Restructuring & Insolvency team works closely together with the dedicated team in London, and alongside the teams in our other offices, such as Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Korea.

The team acts for liquidators, provisional liquidators, receivers, bankruptcy trustees in formal insolvency proceedings as well as creditors, debtors and shareholders in corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, schemes, buy-outs or other work-out arrangements. The team has been involved in many of the leading insolvency cases in Greater China.

By pooling together experienced resources from the best of our litigation, financial services and corporate groups, we are well-placed to advise clients in a broad spectrum of corporate restructuring and insolvency issues, regardless of complexity and size.
