The Dispute Resolution team is the law firm core practice.

It maintains its high position at the forefront of the corporate, construction, and investment litigation market, acting for a wide range of domestic and foreign corporations. Acts as a counsel and an expert witness in Belarusian law in international arbitration. Offers particular expertise in disputes against state authorities, as well as in insolvency litigation, including disputes on personal liability of shareholders. Represents private business owners in civil and white collar crime matters.

  • Successfully represented a foreign corporation in $ 5 million dispute against a large Belarusian industrial enterprise;
  • Successful case with customs authorities on the recovery of penalty for more than $ 2 million;
