Our Corporate/M&A practice maintains its leadingposition, assisting local and multinational companies, banks, non-bankfinancial institutions, investment funds and technology companies in a numberof corporate transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance,contractual matters including foreign investment, anti-money laundering andother legal-business aspects before Mexican financial authorities,participating in particularly complex and challenging matters, many of whichare cross-border.

The Practice is expanding its expertise to the fintech industry, convinced of its economic potential in the near future; it has now assisted in implementing two crowdfunding platforms (Briq, focused on real estate investing and Lenmi, focused on peer-to-peer lending) and is now working with Innocells, Banco Sabadell’s digital business hub.
