Overview

Litigation is at the very core of the firm:  nearly 70% of RPC's partners and other lawyers are engaged in this sphere.  RPC represents large blue-chip multinationals, growing corporates, entrepreneurial challenger brands, financial institutions and other professional practices.  Our practice spans UK-focused English High Court actions and disputes for international clients or with significant international dimensions.

Beyond our core commercial disputes practice led by Tom Hibbert and Geraldine Elliott, RPC has a number of recognised specialist contentious teams covering banking and financial litigation, tax, employment, media, IP and IT, competition, construction, employment, real estate, insurance, reinsurance, international arbitration and international trade.

Our offices in Hong Kong and Singapore support our international offering particularly in relation to

complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. RPC is also a founding member of the TerraLex global network.
