Overview

We have over 35 years of experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) area and we are able to advise our clients on a wide variety of settings where in-depth knowledge is the key to success.
Our intellectual property group has extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), as well as transactional and litigation matters related to unfair competition, trademarks, patents, software, industrial drawings and geographical indications.
We also advise clients on issues related to advertising, data protection and the media and entertainment industry.
