Representative Matters

• Represented client in the development and subsequent leasing of a 2,316,799 sq. ft. built-to-suit industrial property, valued at $458 million.

• Negotiated a new 10-year lease with a dental insurance agency occupying 55,348 SF in a lease deal worth approximately $19.9M.

• Represented national industrial property developer in sale of multiple portfolio properties in California and Nevada totaling $154M and associated portfolio loan payoffs with multiple lenders totaling $65M. 

• Served as lead borrower's counsel in the refinance of a $48M+ real estate loan from insured by HUD for a 267-unit luxury apartment complex.
