Overview

■ Challenging an order by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (issued upon a complaint by Yandex) holding Google as having abused its dominant market position with respect to OS Android. Also represented Google in a number of related proceedings.

■ Received instructions from Transneft on a number of disputes with the Federal Antimonopoly Service regarding regulated procurement policies and contracts.

■ Representing IKEA in nearly all judicial and arbitration cases for the past years, including a major one against local electricity supplier for the amount in dispute exceeding US$1 billion (reviewed by the Higher Arbitration Court and the Supreme Court) and in a related US$ multi-million tax case.

■ Received instructions from Prosperity Capital on the recovery from the board of GAZ, Russia's leading producer of commercial trucks, of US$ multi-million damages caused by the sale of quasi-treasury stock and US$ 250 million damages recovery from board members of TGK-2, one of the Russia's largest electricity producers; we also assist the client in their US$ multi-million shareholder dispute relating to TGK-2 and heard in the BVI courts.

■ Representing Yugra Bank in their dispute with the Russia's Central Bank - this is one of the largest cases currently heard in Russia.

■ Received instructions from AFK Sistema in their US$ multi-billion disputes with Rosneft and others regarding Bashneft.
