Madrona Advogados' Capital Markets department has lawyers with solid experience and backgrounds in this practice in a broad range of industries, including real estate, agribusiness, distressed and non-performing loans, infrastructure, energy, banking and services. The department also advises clients in regulatory, Banking, securitization, fund formation, and, especially publicly held companies in M&As, corporate governance, corporate consulting, joint ventures, sales of companies, global public offerings of equity securities and bonds.

One of our main areas of expertise is the assistance of players in the issuance of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) and Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA). In those transactions, we have acted on behalf of creditors, underwriters, asset management companies, issuers and borrowers. We are experts in regulation in Capital Markets, Central Bank, CVM (The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission), Anbima and B3 (The Brazilian Stock Exchange).

As a result of the department’s growth, Luis Bellini was named as partner in the begging of 2022 to contribute with his range experience in agribusiness transactions in the capital markets.
