Represented PL Holdings, a subsidiary of Abris Capital Partners, in investment arbitration proceedings against the Republic of Poland at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The claim concerned the uncompensated expropriation of the client's equity investment in Polish bank FM Bank PBP, in violation of the Luxembourg-Poland BIT.
