Banking & Finance is a strong and longstanding practice of our firm. After being involved in the first Romanian law governed syndication, our Banking & Finance team has been constantly advising lenders, borrowers and investors on complex national and international financings.

While advising on high profile financing deals, our Banking & Finance team is also assisting banks and other financial institutions on day-to-day business matters, as well as various corporate banking and regulatory issues. Members of the team also act as legal advisers to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and to various ISDA members in relation to Romanian law derivatives issues.

In 2016 our team has advised a top international financial institution, as selling shareholder, in the first successful IPO of the biggest private healthcare provider in Romania carried out on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and has assisted the above mentioned financial institution in the financing it granted to the Romanian private healthcare operator.
