Work highlights Represented M&G Chemicals, a major producer of polyethylene terephthalate, and certain affiliates as lead debtors' counsel in their Chapter 11 cases. The case involved the debtor parent entities, headquartered in Luxembourg, and its US operations, although the existence of subsidiaries and affiliates in Mexico, Brazil and Italy added an additional layer of foreign law issues.
