We have introduced a Client Journey Project whereby we continuously assess feedback from clients. We have formed a new body called the Client Voice – clients give feedback on what we deliver, what we need to change and how we should introduce new concepts.

It is important to us to give back to our communities and we have set up a pro bono clinic for the Jewish community. Our people embrace this and give their time freely to provide access to justice to those who need it the most.
