Overview
Hunters is one of London's leading family law firms, acting for largely HNW clients on the range of issues arising on relationship inception and breakdown.
Hunters' lawyers identify their clients’ unique needs and tailor their work to each client’s circumstances. A designated partner is personally responsible for each client; an approach which facilitates a strong and trusting relationship between the client and their family lawyer.
The team is experienced in high value financial cases, often dealing with family businesses, trusts, and complex asset structures, with much of their work having an international element. Hunters regularly advise on wealth protection through nuptial agreements.
All team members undertake private law children work, including challenging and complex cases, and advise on the rights of unmarried couples, cohabitation agreements, and financial provision for children.
The team works flexibly to support clients in selecting the right process for their case, whether that be arbitration, litigation, solicitors' negotiations, round-table meetings, collaborative law or mediation.
