Hi.lex’s dispute resolution team assists and represents clients in litigation before the State courts and in arbitration proceedings, whether ad hoc or administered by the major Italian and international arbitration institutions.

The dispute resolution team is routinely involved in complex national and multi-jurisdiction litigation and arbitration for Italian and foreign clients in disputes concerning M&A transactions (such as pre and post-closing litigation and Shareholders’ Agreements), joint ventures, commercial contracts, IP, banking, finance and insurance litigation.

The members of the team usually serve as counsel or arbitrators

in complex proceedings.
