Gedik & Eraksoy’s Banking & Finance and capital markets team is led by Umut Gurgey and includes 11 other dedicated fee-earners. The team works on a standalone basis on Turkish law matters, and exclusively in conjunction with Allen & Overy’s Istanbul team. Gedik & Eraksoy and Allen & Overy have worked in association since 2012.
