Strength and depth in providing high quality family services across a wide range of family areas including: divorce, complex family finances (often involving family businesses, multiple properties foreign assets and pensions), private (special guardianship, complex alienation cases) and public law children proceedings (including psychological harm and non-accidental injuries), domestic abuse (both men and women), international child abduction (Hague Convention working with QCs) and cases involving cohabitants and trusts of land. Well known for using ADR to resolve family disputes.

Recent work highlights

Simon Osborn represented the Petitioner Wife in VW v BH (Contested Divorce Proceedings) [2018] EWFC B68 (05 November 2018) and the related financial proceedings.
