Healthcare

The healthcare department undertakes a wide range of healthcare related and advisory work. Cases range in value from small to very high, are often of significant importance and range considerably in complexity. The majority of the team's work involves representing health care professionals and NHS Trusts facing clinical negligence claims through practitioners own private insurance/indemnity arrangements (such as GPs with MPS cover) or through the NHS Litigation Authority (for those working within the NHS).
