We advise our Turkish and international clients on local and cross-border disputes, in commercial and administrative litigation; and local and international arbitration. We provide legal advice and assistance with respect to the resolution of disputes especially with easy and immediate access to all high courts and governmental offices from our Ankara Office, which is crucial in time-constrained matters. Our litigation practice includes administrative litigation cases where the decisions of the governmental authorities and independent regulatory authorities such as the Ministries, EMRA, Competition Authority, antitrust and antidumping authorities are challenged at the Turkish administrative courts. We represent our clients in commercial litigation cases or arbitration cases, including construction disputes and commercial contract disputes.  We also advise clients on alternative dispute resolution options. We have represented clients in a number of major international and domestic arbitration cases, including ICSID, ICC, SCAI, ISTAC and ad hoc arbitration cases.  

We also represent and advise clients in cases relating to aviation law matters.
