Overview
Buckles Solicitors LLP’s Family Law team has in-depth experience of dealing with divorce, the breakdown of family relationships, co-habitation and civil partnership.
Increasingly, the team deals with preventative work, as co-habitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements continue to grow in popularity. Solutions are tailored to the needs of each client based on their individual circumstances and related to practical issues, such as separation, relocation, arrangements for any children involved, and money or property matters. Clients receive a service that focuses on finding practical and cost-effective solutions. Individuals within the team are trained family mediators and members of Resolution, whose code of practice promotes an approach which is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective, and most likely to result in an agreement.
The team assists with change of name, Child Law, Collaborative Law, domestic violence issues, pensions and prenuptial agreements. Buckles has also launched a Family Mediation Service delivered through a network of financial advisers, valuers, divorce coaches, therapists and counsellors.
