The Mauritius office provides


The Mauritian office provides work for domestic and  international clients ranging from banks and state owned enterprises, to investment funds, listed companies and high-net-worth individuals.  Our focus however, is on investment into emerging Indian, African and Asian markets.

Our Lawyers advise on all aspects of Mauritius law. This includes advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, corporate finance and structured finance products including advising on banking and structured finance transactions, credit restructuring, debt consolidation, derivatives transactions and securities offerings, public and private M&A,  public and private equity, company, fund & trust formation and administration, and other strategic corporate transactions for private equity, trade and other institutional clients. 

We also have a separate Dispute Resolution practice who provide fund disputes, trust litigation, restructuring & insolvency , shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing, commercial litigation, regulatory work and shipping and maritime litigation.  It is also active across a wide range of commercial disputes reflecting its strength in depth and wide experience.
