We have extensive experience in major finance litigation, industrial risk management and complex technical conflicts in the regulated activity sectors, product liability and environmental litigation, as well as the insurance-banking, construction, renewable energies, entertainment, high-tech and life sciences sectors.

We primarily advise and represent leading industrial groups (pharmaceutical, biotech, construction, agri-food, automobile, energy, high-tech, media, etc.), insurance, financial institutions and service providers in strategic litigations concerning commercial, corporate and economic law, particularly in crisis situations.  In addition, our team has considerable experience managing class action proceedings (especially in the healthcare sector) and shareholder disputes.  We also assist and represent clients in cyber risk and emerging risk litigations.

The team is particularly active in strategy litigation and intervenes/manages the cross-border disputes of its clients through cooperation with an international network of specialized correspondents with whom it regularly collaborates. This collaboration proves especially vital in cybercrime matters as it enables us to rapidly implement transnational recovery procedures.
