Chambers and Partners - the leading legal research business globally - is pleased to announce the planned succession for its CEO, Mark Wyatt. Tim Noble will join with immediate effect, bringing a wealth of experience in international data and technology businesses, having held senior leadership roles for ICE Data Services, SAP and Gartner.
Mark Wyatt became CEO of Chambers in March 2018, when Inflexion Private Equity invested in the business and played a significant role in the identification and completion of that investment. After building a solid foundation and platform for growth, Wyatt will now assume a part-time position as Board Adviser, continuing as a shareholder and advising Chambers on its future direction in the legal sector.
Steve Halbert, Chairman of Chambers, commented:
“I would like to express my huge thanks to Mark for his very successful period of leadership at Chambers. The business has launched significant investment programmes focussed on technology and digital transformation, and international development under Mark’s guidance, and the business has more than delivered its operating plans. I’m delighted that Mark will continue to advise the business going forward, continuing in his ongoing advisory role as Board Adviser.”
Mark Wyatt commented:
“I’d like to welcome Tim to Chambers. He brings significant relevant experience to the role and shares our passion and vision for the business which is to empower the legal profession with the world’s most trusted research and intelligence. I and the rest of Chambers’ leadership team look forward to working with him during our next phase of growth, which promises to be an exciting period, not just for the business, but for our customers also.”
Tim Noble commented:
I am very much looking forward to leading the team at Chambers through the next exciting phase of its development, delivering further new and innovative products and services for our global client base. I would like to thank Mark for all he has done over the last year in setting the strategy and creating a great foundation and team for further rapid growth. The ongoing dedication and renowned skill the Chambers team possesses means we now have a great opportunity to build, with cutting edge technology, a world leading data and analytics business."
