Denise Kennedy has joined Ronan Daly Jermyn’s Construction Team as construction consultant. Denise is a chartered engineer with over 21 years’ experience working in the Irish Construction Industry. In recent years she has been Project Director and lead Technical Advisor on numerous Design Build and PPP Projects and has also acted as Project Director and design lead on a numerous employer designed projects in the residential, educational, healthcare, industrial, civic and commercial sectors. Denise holds an LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication. She has experience acting for parties involved in dispute resolution processes and is a certified mediator.
