Mourant is relocating to accommodate its growing transactional and corporate services team in London. From 15 October, the team will move to new, state of the art offices at 1 Poultry, London EC2R 8EJ.

The firm's London office is a hub from which it advises on the laws of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, specialising in corporate, finance, funds and trusts and private client work.

Managing Partner of Mourant's London Office, Robert Duggan, said: "This move is an exciting step for us and represents much more than just a change of scenery; it underlines our commitment to our relationships with clients based in the City and in the region more broadly, and provides a modern and flexible working space that reflects our collaborative and dynamic culture.

"We have long understood the global context of where and how our clients do business, and the value of having experienced lawyers on the ground in the world's pre-eminent financial centre. Since opening in London 18 years ago, the office has evolved into a busy global hub, from which we provide clients and intermediary relationships with seamless offshore legal and governance services. We're looking forward to another busy year and to welcoming many of our clients to our new home."

The move will take effect from Monday 15 October 2018. All email addresses as well as telephone and fax numbers will remain the same.

Highly ranked in all leading legal directories, Mourant employs over 500 staff across its offices in the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey and London. The firm advises all of the world's top 30 largest law firms, 90% of the world's top 50 banks and 72% of the top 45 global private equity houses.
