Eduardo obtained his Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1985). He has been recognized as a Distinguished Visitor of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida & Administrative Office of the Courts (1997).

He has participated in various conferences and courses related to his specialty both in the country and abroad.
